I was recently laid off from a startup and around the end of my tenure was learning with my manager that I am both deeply passionate and have a lot of skills when it comes to visual work in front-end. I'm hoping to really focus on those skills and build it in a meaningful way which I think means learning design systems more.

I am currently a software engineer and I would like to grow into next level as a senior software engineer soon and I would like to get some mentorship on how I can grow into the next level how can I improve my technical skills and soft skills for that
