Often times during the interview process, it's hard to gage if the team is truly a good fit culturally or if they are just putting on their best show. What tips do you have for seeing through the noise?

I’ve worked on customer analytics projects through various companies for consulting firms and large Fortune 500 companies. I’d like to focus this skillset into working as a US Researcher or a Product Manager. Would love to talk to mentors who have experience in either field or have made a similar career pivot themselves!

Lots of my friends are currently interviewing for jobs at various startups and I'm hearing all kinds of interesting stories, curious what are red flags to ya'll?

A simple one I've seen is if they doing lots of rounds of interviews (like in the 5-10 range) it's usually a sign they don't actually know to screen people.
