I'm currently a freelance UX Designer, Graphic Designer and Creative Director. I had been working at Dell as a product Designer for Machine Learning models within the call centers, I was laid off 2 years ago. I've had a few contracts since then but I want to be full time again and I need to figure out what my resume is lacking that I can build up to meet market demand.
