I have over 10 years of design experience working at small and large companies. I like working in complex industries (currently finance, previously healthcare, legal, and traffic control services) and thinking about large-scale work that results in making someone’s day a little easier, their job a little better, or their dream a little closer to reality.
Since moving to a smaller company, I miss talking to entry level designers. At my previous role, I enjoyed reviewing first-time portfolios during the hiring process and giving feedback.

Stephanie was great as she answered all my questions and also gave me suggestions on how to improve as a UX designer. She also offered to give me feedback on future designs I had. I have a feeling she'll be a great resource to me in the future.
